Hang the Steel Rail according to Chapter1: Rail Rod Hanging

Assemble the cabient according to Chapter 2: Cabinet Assembly with the following exceptions.

Line up the dados on both side panels with 23mm predrilled holes facing up. Insert 1 3/16" brads through sides into the Shelf only to hold in place.

Notice that the top shelf dado is greater in depth than the bottom shelf. The noth is smaller as well. Top shelf peg board dado depth 5/16" notch size 1"
Install the Bottom Shelf into the cabinet Side Panels. Do not fasten the bottom Shelf to the sides. This Shelf needs to slide in and out.

Be careful to push the bottom shelf in with equal pressure to avoid binding and breaking. The Dove Tail of the bottom shelf will have a 2 3/4" long notch in them. The depth of the dado is 1/8"

Place three Stabilizer Boards under the Side Panels to raise the end and make it easier to slide the Pegboard into place.

Place the bottom Shelf past the 1/4" dado in the Side panels. This will allow you to slide the Pegboard into the Side Panels

Place the pegboard into the dado slots of the Side Panels. Slide the Pegboard all the way into the top shelf.
Place the notches in the pegboard panels at the top.
Hang the cabinet by standing it upright and lifting it up and over the butterflies onto the Steel Rail, letting the pegboard slide down to the floor.

Insert a 1/4" screw driver into a peg hole and slide the pegboard upwards into the top Shelf dado groove.
Slide the bottom Shelf into place. Fasten with 1 3/16" brads.   Insure that the pegboard back is in the bottom shelf slot when finished.
  Continue to 4. Workbench
